'Almost Black' is a large lily which has beautiful deep reddish-purple blooms that darken towards the centre. The leaves emerge with burgundy tones, and then turn green as they mature. It is similar to 'Black Princess', but is overall a larger plant, and with slightly lighter-coloured blooms.
