If you wish to enquire about anything, you can email us, phone us, or write to us. If we are unable to answer when you call, please leave a message and we will call you back. In the busy part of the year (March to the end of August) there won't usually be anyone free to answer the phone in the morning on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, since we have to prioritise packing orders at these times. 

We will respond to all emails within 2 working days, and usually sooner.
