Delivery Information

Postage and packaging is £9.95 or free over £60 for all orders. All plants are sent with durable identifying labels, and information on how to plant them up (if applicable).  

We send plants to anywhere within the UK excluding Northern Ireland. We also send to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. 

All items should arrive within a week of your placing the order, but please allow up to ten days. If we are very busy and it may take longer than ten days for the parcel to arrive, there will be a pop-up box that appears when you first visit the site, informing you of the maximum time it will take. 

We will send you an email when your parcel is dispatched so that you know when to expect it. 

Standard parcels will usually be sent by Royal Mail next day (Tracked 24) and will come via your regular postie. Larger orders will usually be sent by ParcelForce Express 24. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number. Using this, you can set your own Safeplace, delivery day, neighbour preference etc directly on the Royal Mail website or app.
